My Lakbayan grade is B+!
(i know, i know. have to work on my travels up North. next stop: Batanes via La Union, Ilocos and Cagayan!)
And here's my all-time favorite invitation to travel local. Be sure to watch the video!
How much of the Philippines have you visited? Find out atLakbayan!

neat! i would have thought you'd gotten higher.
ReplyDeleteand you haven't been to bicol? at all?
weird. that makes one place in the philippines i've been to where you haven't been.
neither travelled by land from manila to davao?
we really ought to learn how to drive. =P
i think the only person i know who can beat you is my dad.
my baby bro is, i believe, trying to catch up with you already. =)

ReplyDeletehey kix! obviously got the idea from your site hehehe. thanks!
ReplyDelete(and i'm probably the oldest among all the people you know who have taken the test so it just means you have to make up for it in age ;-)
yup, great idea no? he should get an award. now we all have something to strive for that will help the country's economy hehe
ReplyDeletenope, no bicol =( and to think that's where my lolo and lola are from!
ReplyDeleteand yes, i'm the only one in our family who hasn't taken the davao-manila bus route =( because i was already in manila then and they all just came to visit. another frustration of mine is puerto galera, which my parents went to when i was a few months old, leaving me with the yaya (hmp!). i was ACROSS puerto galera last summer, about an hour away by speed boat, but we didn't have time to cross =P
(but i'm also the one in the family who has been to the most places, especially in the visayas hehe. none of them have set foot in bohol, for example).
yes, yes. have to learn to drive. maybe we can do that when you're here? on a scooter ;-)
hey, make your dad take the test... =D
Hi Jeneen! Thanks for trying out Lakbayan. :-) You asked in my comments: "oh, is there a way you could design it so that it will save your answers so that you can keep going back and update your 'grade'?" Hmmm, you missed out the link on the results page that let's you update the map. Anyway, here it is: Update your map. You need to bookmark the link and re-bookmark it (from the results page) every time you update. :)
ReplyDeletehello! wow, thanks for dropping by and posting a message. yes, actually, after i made that comment, i saw the link on the main page hehe. sorry about that. thanks again for the great idea =)
