The NTFP-EP (Non-Timber Forest Products-Exchange Programme), a regional network of organizations based in Southeast Asia (see www.ntfp.org), is in search of personnel for the CustomMade Crafts Center (CMCC). CMCC is an alternative product development and marketing arm for indigenous and upland artisans. CMCC is a programme of the NTFP-Task Force, a nationwide network of grassroots NGOs and Peoples Organizations working towards dual goals of forest conservation and enhanced livelihoods. Marketing Officer


Job description

Responsible for conceptualizing, directing and implementing marketing, brand management and media related activities, coordinating with the designers pool, coordinating and executing the preparation of marketing materials, web design, product catalogues, and e-commerce, assists in the translation of the marketing plan into sales distribution strategies in cooperation with the sales officer, assists the sales officer in executing marketing and sales plans (if necessary), translates advocacy plans into promotional activities.

Ingredients:
Qualifications



Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communication Arts or other related fields

At least 3 years work experience in marketing or related experience

Familiar with the handicrafts / fashion industry

Has familiarity and or experience working in the NGO (development) sector

Has good relational skills

Fluent in both English and Filipino

Knowledgeable in the use of powerpoint, word and excel

Has experience in web design, we management (preferred)
