The Colors of Boracay

September 17 to 18, 2004. Just some of the boracay pictures i had printed. I think that i shall never see...a boracay sunset. the first time i was there there was atyphoon and we were stranded on the island. this second time, the weather was perfect, but suddenly there was typhoon the day we were supposed to go there. with fervent prayers, the rain stopped the night we got there, and over the next two days the skies cleared until finally we had a FEW hours of sunshine on our second (and last) day. took advantage of the light to get these shots. but that's why in some pictures all you see are gray clouds.

  1. fantastic! fantastic! fantastic! i am not sure if it is a contradiction to say that there is vividness in the almost pastel hues of the pictures.

  8. Miss Jeneen, you're really a genius in photography! I'm enjoying a lot just watching at these really excellently-shot pictures. It's as if I've gone to these places just by watching them! I was curious so I had to click on to your profile. So I said, ah kaya pala. Galing talaga. I'm into campus paper production and I manage to give basic tips on photojournalism to my students who go on photojourn contests. But I'm not really that good yet, but I'm trying to learn more. With your photos, I get a lot of tips and exposure already. So pls keep posting some more pictures and maybe you can include the openings and shutter speed used in those photos? Thanks a million!!!

  13. I always wanted to go to Boracay. I have to download pictures I've taken on my recent trip to Hawaii. Please check out my website in the next few weeks. I will have to compress my pictures because my files are way too large. The quality might not be as good due to the compression. I would like for you to critique my photos. Thanks.
